How to keep fit.......

Being healthy is a great way to improve your mood and overall health. Most people struggle to stay healthy over time, but the benefits of fitness definitely outweigh the costs. With some commitment and motivation, you'll maintain your fitness for years to come!

Start walking, walking or cycling. Regardless of your pace, walking, jogging and cycling are very important in a healthy lifestyle because they are activities that keep your heart and lungs active and your blood flowing. If you need to keep your knees strong or have body aches, cycling is a good solution. [1]

Come up with a daily walk, jogging or cycling routine that suits your schedule (i.e. go jogging every day at 6:00 pm). After a while you can increase the distance, speed and length of your workout.
Get out of your way to walk more. For example, if you go to the grocery store, try to park in a location that is far from the entrance so that you may have to run those extra steps to get there.
Bike or school for a walk or work. If you live close to work or school, walking or cycling is a good solution.
If you jog, you must travel at least 1 kilometer (0.62 miles), but it is important to speed yourself up.

Exercise at home Not everyone has time or money to go to the gym. Working at home is easy and very beneficial. Some home exercises include:
Push ups. Use your weight against the floor or wall to work on your body's strength.
Sit ups. It can be done by sitting on the floor, with a chair or ball, or with more advanced techniques.
Yoga. The following yoga exercises, such as dog or sun salutation, are easily performed on the carpet ground or on the yoga mat.

Exercise at the gym If you like the gym's atmosphere and can subscribe, the gym is a great place to stay healthy.
Use machines for cardio and weight, but be careful and never use too much weight. Use a little weight and you will find that you can grow much faster by weight.
Learn strength training and muscle toning techniques from a teacher or professional.
